She has dedicated her career to helping patients achieve lasting health transformations through evidence-based nutrition, personalized care plans, and comprehensive support before and after bariatric surgery. As a member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM), Estefania brings exceptional credentials and expertise to designing and implementing successful pre- and post-surgery programs. Her approach combines clinical knowledge with a deep understanding of the psychological and nutritional aspects of weight loss, ensuring holistic care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Holding a Master’s in Clinical and Metabolic Diseases and certifications in obesity and diabetes management, Estefania integrates cutting-edge strategies with compassionate care. Fluent in English and Spanish, she ensures her programs are accessible to a diverse patient population. Dr. Charanjit Sandhu is dual board certified in Internal Medicine and Occupational Medicine. He completed his medical school and residency training at the prestigious University of Toronto. Dr. Sandhu has specific training in assessing patient's to ensure they are safe to proceed with surgery. He evaluates each gastric sleeve patient to ensure you are ready for surgery. He also assists our team in providing holistic follow-up care. He has experience prescribing the latest medications such as Ozempic.
